Beverly, MA - The Curry College men's lacrosse team fell to Endicott, 30-4, in its Commonwealth Coast Conference opener Wednesday afternoon at Hempstead Stadium.
Endicott set the tone early, erupting for 11 first-quarter goals and holding the lead at the half.
Blake Rothstein got Curry on the board in the opening quarter with an unassisted tally, but the Colonels struggled to slow Endicott's offensive momentum.
Nicholas Cole led the Curry attack with two goals and an assist, scoring twice in the second half. Harry Michaud added a fourth-quarter goal off a feed from Cole to round out the scoring.
Despite the final score, the Colonels outscored the home team 2-1 in the final period.
