BIDDEFORD, Maine - Kasey Reeves (Millbury, Mass.), a freshman forward on the Curry College women's basketball team, has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference's Rookie of the Week.

Reeves posted a team-high 18 points in Curry's narrow 60-59 loss to Colby-Sawyer on Tuesday. She also pulled down seven rebounds in the defeat.

It is the first CCC weekly award for Reeves in her collegiate career.
