Despite shooting just 35.8% (19-of-53) from the field, the Colonels shot an efficient 42.9% (6-of-14) from three-point range. The Colonels were also strong at the free throw line, converting 9-of-11 attempts (81.8%).
Nichols was paced by Alyvia Smith's 23 points, while Adriana Romano added 12 points and nine rebounds. The home team finished at 40.3 percent from the field and capitalized on second-chance opportunities, scoring 14 points off offensive rebounds.
