BIDDEFORD, Maine - Curry College women's ice hockey freshman Grayson Goolgasian (Johnston, R.I.) was named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Player and Rookie of the Week on Tuesday afternoon.

Goolgasian factored into each of Curry's four goals on the weekend as the Colonels earned a split of a home-and-home series with Rivier University. She opened the weekend by scoring two goals and tallying an assist for three points in Curry's 3-1 win on Friday night, before scoring her team's only goal on Saturday evening.

Goolgasian and the Colonels will be back on the ice on Tuesday evening with a non-conference battle with Worcester State University at the Canton Ice House.
