CCC RELEASE

MILTON, Mass. – Curry College freshman Ryan Goonan (Raynham, Mass.) was among the baseball student-athletes recognized by the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) on Wednesday with the announcement of the All-Conference Teams.

Goonan was the shortstop selected to the All-Conference Second Team. All awards were determined by a vote of the conference's head coaches.

Goonan played in 23 games and recorded a .289 batting average. He tallied 22 hits, one double, seven RBI, and 10 runs scored. Goonan also registered 23 total bases and was solid in the field during his freshman campaign, finishing the season with a .956 fielding percentage.

Curry finished the season with an overall record of 5-18 (2-14 CCC).
