Personal:
Meagan was born in New Market, Md...is dual-majoring in biochemistry and sociology at Curry, with minors in psychology and mathematics...the daughter of Susan and Todd Young...has one older brother, Nathan, who plays ice hockey at Elmira College...chose Curry for the opportunity to play ice hockey and further her education...founder of the Curry College chapter of Morgan's Message

Meagan is a 2021 graduate of Oakdale High School in Ijamsville, Md....played four years of varsity ice hockey for the Bears...an assistant captain on her team...won a Maryland state championship as a senior...state runner-up in 2019...played club hockey for the Washington Pride of the Junior Women's Hockey League
